Professional multitasker, part-time philosopher, full-time bringer of blah. I work too much, sleep too little, and somehow still manage to overthink everything… impressively.
This blog is my little corner of the internet to spill the small, ridiculous moments we all trip over — the stuff no one talks about but everyone secretly laughs at.
If you’re into real life, sarcasm, and the occasional emotional plot twist, welcome home.
I’m a mother, a grandmother, and an unwilling participant in the Hunger Games: Grocery Store Edition.
I created I Give You Blah because honestly… life is chaotic, funny, exhausting, and absurd — and somebody had to document it. Might as well be me.
Here you’ll find the minutiae of daily life, the rants, the revelations, the “why did this happen to me?” moments, and every little disaster in between.
It’s just me rambling about life, tiny tragedies, funny observations, pockets of gratitude, and all the things that make me go,
“Absolutely not.”
Welcome to the chaos.
Welcome to the blah.

I love helping people. It’s woven into a lot of what I do, whether I’m showing up for my family, dealing with a crisis at work, or simply being the person someone can rely on. Even on the days when life feels heavy or overwhelming, my heart still leads me back to service. That’s just who I am.
I love my family with my whole soul. My kids, my grands, my people — they are my why. Everything I push through, everything I work for, everything I dream about has their names on it.
I love my routines that refill me. My sauna, steam, and cold plunge ritual is my sanctuary. It’s where I reset, breathe, repair, and remind myself that I deserve moments of peace in between the storms.
I love good food, good drinks, and the small pleasures that make everyday life feel softer. From my acai bowls and coconut-water experiments to my morning coffee ritual, these little joys matter to me. They make the chaos feel lighter. I love making my own butter, baking my own bread, having more control over the foods I eat, and finding healthier, more intentional ways to nourish myself. These slow, hands-on moments remind me that I can create comfort and care right in my own kitchen. They make the chaos feel lighter.
I love learning, growing, and rising. I’m always trying to better myself, create healthier routines, find balance, and move toward the version of me who feels spiritually aligned and fully present. I love authenticity. I don’t have the energy for fake anything. Real conversations, honest people, shared laughter, vulnerability, connection — that’s where I feel at home.
And most of all, I love being the Everyday Chaos Queen. I love laughing at the madness, embracing my imperfections, celebrating my resilience, and finding meaning in the mess. My life isn’t perfect — it’s real, it’s loud, it’s busy, it’s beautiful — and somehow, it’s mine.
